Rebecca Wong, LCSW-R
Rebecca is a relationship therapist, consultant, and speaker. She’s also the creator of Connectfulness, a research-based practice that encourages you to explore and embrace every aspect of your humanity – including everything that’s marvelous and all that’s messy. Rebecca’s mission is to help clients, colleagues and our collective communities escape loops of shame, overwhelm and lack - get unstuck and more fully connected with the lives we live, the people who matter most and the gifts each of us bring into our communities. Her work is based in the premise that sustainable, meaningful, playful, intimate relationships share key ingredients: reflection + observation. She refers to this as The Practice Of Being Seen. Together with storytelling coach Marisa Goudy, Rebecca offers consultation and community for fellow therapists and will be launching a podcast this fall.
Rebecca lives, works and plays in the Hudson Valley with her husband, 2 daughters and handful of 4-legged-furry mischief makers.
